History, ABC logs, and backups

Local event history needs deliberate backup and careful reporting.

All guides · table of contents
  1. Review saved events

Open Activity & reports or the record controls to review or correct a saved event. Keep later follow-up distinguishable from the original event time.

  2. Review ABC

Read antecedent, behavior, and consequence in order. Add observed outcomes without rewriting uncertainty as fact. Suggested strategies and hypotheses belong separately.

  3. Print a report

Choose Print / Save PDF report and review the observer/reviewer information. Printed reports remain unsigned until reviewed and signed. PDFs are not automatically encrypted.

  4. Back up and verify

Download encrypted backup, then use Verify backup file (no changes). Rehearse isolated recovery (no changes) provides a separate recovery check. Keep the backup and passphrase securely and separately.

  5. Transfer one incident

Use Export Incident beside the event and Import encrypted incident on the receiving device. The separate transfer passphrase requires at least 12 characters. Photos and the original timeline are preserved; this is not continuous sync.

  6. Understand storage

Records remain in this browser vault, not a MochaHost cadet database. Deleting local data does not remove exported PDFs, backups, ZIPs, or copies on another device. The local change history is not tamper-proof or independently verified.
